What is your return policy for skates?

You can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returns on skates that have been used outdoors or show signs of wear on the wheels or boot.

Can I customize my skate setup?

Absolutely. We offer a wide range of aftermarket frames, wheels, and bearings. If you purchase a 'Custom' setup or add 'Build My Skates' to your order, our technicians will assemble them for you before shipping.

How long does delivery take within the UK?

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. We also offer an express next-day delivery service for orders placed before 2 PM GMT, Monday through Friday.
